This weekend, Four Daughters is taken over by Uncorked JUNKMARKET Style. More than just a show, there will be creative tutorials in the “creative tent” on the lawn, music and a glamping tent for backyard inspiration. Here are three more reasons to check out this event this weekend.
As if you needed a reason to check out Four Daughters Vineyard. Rows and rows of grapes unfold outside the expansive event room, and the garage doors will be open, creating even more space for vendors. Not to mention DJ Dewey will be shaking things down on Friday from 3-6 p.m. Grab a glass of their award-winning wine and enjoy the show.
- Book production
Sue Whitney, founder of Uncorked JUNKMARKET Style, will begin production of her fourth book at the event. Every afternoon at 2 p.m. she’ll be giving a seminar in the creative tent outside, where her photographer will be taking pictures. The book will focus on “refreshing furniture beyond paint,” she said. “I want to teach people how to make things pretty, practical and plausible.”
Don’t miss Vintage Lane Greenhouse. “They are one of the most amazing greenhouses I’ve ever seen,” said Whitney.
- Vendor variety
Over 60 spaces have been filled for the event. “It’s a very eclectic mix,” says Whitney, noting the event is not a craft show, but more of a lifestyle show. Dealers will have furniture, décor items, jewelry, candles and more. “All dealers complement each other and work well together. I’m really trying to build a local-based show,” said Whitney.
