The show features a lineup of sculpted male dancers, frequently shirtless, performing choreography and themed acts to hit songs and music written expressly for this production. It’s a cabaret-style show with skits, dance moves and audience participation — including lap dances.
Posts on the Ticketmaster website from women who have attended the shows comment on the “hot, hot, hot” hunks on stage, their “amazing” dance moves, and the “very upbeat” nature of the program.
The show started in the Detroit area, where it ran for several years before going on a national tour in 2015. Sold-out venues resulted in another national tour this year. Oscar Hernandez, a former NBA halftime creative director, choreographs the show.
“Our show is more or less about the experience and the production values behind it rather than the actual stripping,” Myles Hass, the show’s producer, has said. “We’re creating an experience that’s really and truly just a getaway for women.”
Audience members must be 18 and older.
